I have a house that will make a great rental for anybody that comes to Penn State Home Football Games. Especially if you have a group from 6 to 10 people and plan on renting hotel rooms. Right now the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 small baths. I have an extra room that I will eventually turn into a bar room but I can make it another bedroom very easily. The house is about 25 minutes from Beaver stadium. It is very, very private, which is the best part about it to me. I know many people like to hang around State College after a game but if you are like me, I like to get out of State College after a game. As you can see, there is a fairly long lane up to it, so there is plenty of parking on the right side. It is also located 2 miles, on secondary roads, from the Nittany Inn, which is a nice place for a night cap.
I do highly recommend a group that has at least 1 designated driver. I don't want anyone to get hurt or in trouble. I will actively work with the renters to make sure they have and get what they need. I really want to rent this, so every home game weekend is available and the prices are negotiable, so please contact me. The house also has a 16' X 22' deck on the back, which is perfect for grilling.
I believe that PSU will have a good football team this year but I really think that they will be even better next year. If things go well, this years renters will have 1st dibs for next year, when the play Alabama at home, which will be absolutely crazy. So, don't spend all that money on Hotels when you can have your entire group together for a much cheaper deal. The house will be yours from 6pm Fridays(negotiable) until noon on Sundays.
